Reformer

The reformer will give you an incredible full body workout.  It is easy on the joints and anyone can do it! The reformer is for all fitness levels and the intensity can be changed as one progresses. You will lengthen and strengthen your muscles while identifying any imbalances to fix.  There is no cheating on the reformer!

Mat

Pilates work can be done on the mat and at times using a variety at props. You will gain all the benefits of pilates, but be able to take them home and add into your own physical regimen.
